Penguins Looking For Sweep Of Canadian Road Trip

The Pittsburgh Penguins are slowly gelling, and are on the verge of taking care of business in Canada.

Pittsburgh (7-6-4) has won consecutive games for the first time in the 2021-22 campaign, with goaltender Tristan Jarry posting back-to-back shutouts against Montreal on Thursday and Toronto this past Saturday. Jake Guentzel has scored in 4 consecutive games for the Penguins heading into Monday’s game.

Winnipeg (9-4-4), meanwhile, has lost their last two on the road to Edmonton and Vancouver, following a 5-2 homestand at the Canada Life Centre. The Jets’ seven home wins are tied for second-best in the Western Conference, trailing only the Oilers (eight).

Puck drop from Winnipeg is set for 8:30 pm, and pregame on Beaver County Radio is at 8:00 pm.
