Work is underway at Heinz Field on some upgrades to the stadium. Pittsburgh Steelers officials say they are building its new flagship store where a ticket window was located along Art Rooney Avenue. The two-story store, which is expected to be completed by July, will be 12-thousand-square feet and will stretch to the 50-yard-line. The team is picking up the construction’s 13-million-dollar price tag.
