SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A LIGHT GLAZE ARE EXPECTED. THE FREEZING RAIN SHOULD CHANGE TO SNOW BY MID MORNING.
