Tonight the public is invited to a free wine and cheese night at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 128 in Rochester. Former Beaver County Emergency Services Director Wes Hill is board president of the post. He tells Beaver County Radio newsman Pat Septak that tonight’s event will be a chance for the community to learn more about the project to relocate the Veterans Memorial. He says the Civil War Soldier Monument in Rochester will be part of the new Veterans Memorial planned for the roundabout. The event runs from 7 to 9 pm tonight and donations will be accepted.
