Wildlife Officials Are Warning Western PA Residents: More Bugs Headed Our Way

Wildlife officials are warning Western Pennsylvania residents that we could see more bugs this summer. The Pennsylvania Game Commission says a fungus is wiping out tens of thousands of bats in our area. Fewer bats means more bugs, like mosquitoes, are able to survive. Pennsylvania is testing a spray in some caves to help stop the spread of the fungus.
