(Beaver County, PA) Residents at a mobile home park in Beaver County are saying that water problems have continued for months.

One resident moved to Forest Brook in March of 2026. 

This is a mobile home park in New Sewickley Township.

However, that resident confirmed that she has dealt with countless sewer and work problems. 

According to this resident, sewage is building up under her home, due to what she was told was a broken sewer line. 

The resident also confirmed that Stackhouse Management, which is the company that oversees the community, is not responsive. 

Residents that are in other Stackhouse Management properties in western Pennsylvania share the same frustrations as those that are in Forest Brook.
