(Pittsburgh, Pa.) US Attorney Scott W.Brady announced that special agents of the FBI, Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, IRS-Criminal investigation, and the PA Attorney General’s office executed court authorized Federal search warrants at Brighton Rehab and Wellness in Brighton Township.
U.S.Attorney Brady encourages anyone with information on suspected fraud, abuse or victimization related to long-term care facilities and Coronavrus pandemic to report it to the Western PA COVID-19 Fraud Task Force through the dedicated toll free hotline or dedicated email address. The warrants were also issued at Mt. Lebanon Rehab and Wellness.
