State Police and Center Township investigators say there are now five cases against a self-proclaimed psychic arrested last week. According to court records, 27-year-old Sophey Mills bilked one of her alleged victims out of 18-thousand dollars. Investigators say they have been looking into Mills since the start of this year. They believe she may have more victims than those who have already come forward.
