UPDATE: THE MONACA POLICE DEPARTMENT IS ASKING FOR YOUR HELP IN FINDING THE PERSON WHO VANDALIZED VEHICLES AND A NEIGHBORING BUSINESS EARLY MONDAY MORNING.  THIS HAPPENED IN AN ALLEY THAT RUNS BETWEEN BECHTOL STREET AND WALNUT STREET IN THE 1000 BLOCK.
