Two Rivers Olive Oil located on Third Street in Beaver and the Nickelodeon Mall in Sewickley is the The Huntington Business Spotlight for the Month of September 2017. The owners Sherri Herstine-Icenhour and Bill Porto appeared on Teleforum with Frank Sparks Thursday September 21, 2017. Some of the many topics discussed were how exactly olive oil is made, the different types of olive oils, the many different uses, the health factor of olive oil, and the importance of the freshness of olive oil. Sherri and Bill also told the listeners about the balsamic vinegar  and the different grades.  Two Rivers Olive Oil also sells balsamic vinegar to mix with your oil to make many different types of great dressings.
