President Donald Trump has gone from declaring “I love WikiLeaks!” during his 2016 campaign to saying “I know nothing about WikiLeaks” now that police have arrested the hacking organization’s founder, Julian Assange. Trump welcomed the political boost he got from WikiLeaks’ release of Hillary Clinton campaign emails in 2016 and extolled WikiLeaks more than 100 times. But when he was asked about WikiLeaks and Assange on Thursday he said “It’s not my thing” and “I know nothing really about him.”
