Two of the local winners in yesterday’s mid-term elections appeared on Teleforum with Frank Sparks on Beaver County Radio this morning to discuss their victories. Incumbent state Rep. Jim Marshall – who won re-election to a seventh term in the 14th Legislative District – said two things he’d like to see accomplished in Harrisburg over the next two years are election reform and economic development:
