A state lawmaker continues his push to bring back annual registration stickers on license plates. Representative Barry Jozwiak says when PennDOT stopped issuing the stickers many drivers stopped registering their vehicles. Jozwiak says PennDOT lost 22-million-dollars in registration renewals while they saved about three-million dollars in the annual savings of production costs.
