Pennsylvania State Police have released the name of the victim in that deadly train crash in Lawrence County. Troopers say 58-year-old Dwight Spann of New Galilee was killed early yesterday when his SUV was hit by a train along Larchwood Road in New Beaver. There’s no word yet how Spann’s vehicle became stuck on the tracks. The Lawrence county coroner pronounced Spann dead at the scene. The accident took place just after midnight.
