Six Dogs Safe After Being Rescued From Burning Moon Township Home

A half dozen dogs are safe this Noon after being rescued from a burning home in  Moon Township Monday. The blaze broke out in the 500-block of Moon Clinton Road, severely damaging the home. The homeowners weren’t there at the time. The blaze reportedly started on the 2nd floor and the 6 dogs were rescued by firefighters from the basement. A vet checked each animal out and they are all expected to be okay.
