(Hookstown, PA) Route 30 in Hookstown has reopened to traffic following a closure caused by storm damage.
According to the Hookstown Volunteer Fire Department, Route 30 was closed yesterday between Route 151 and Route 168 after severe weather brought down trees and utility wires in the area between Tower Lane and Pittsburgh Grade Road.
In a Facebook post, the department said the roadway reopened at 4 a.m. today.
Officials are asking motorists to use caution while traveling through the area.
