PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Route 18 (Third Avenue) in Rochester Township and New Brighton Borough will begin today, weather permitting. Beginning at 7 a.m. this morning, long-term lane restrictions will occur on Route 18 (Third Avenue) between 13^th Street and 19^th Street through 5 p.m. Friday, September 21 as crews conduct pavement marking eradication in preparation for upcoming reconstruction work.
