A woman serving life in prison for an Erie bank robbery plot that ended with the killing of a pizza deliveryman forced to wear a bomb collar in 2003 has lost her latest appeal. The Erie Times-News reports a federal judge ruled the trial evidence was sufficient to link Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong to the plot.
