Renovations on Shop ‘n Save Supermarket in Brighton Twp Nearing Completion

Renovations are nearing completion on the new Tusca Shop ‘n Save Supermarket, located in the Tusca Plaza on Tuscawaras Road in Brighton Township. It’ll be owned by St. Barnabas and managed by the Safran family, owners of Shop ‘n Save stores in Harmony Township and Easter Rochester. Brittany Safran, Jarret Safran, William Day, CEO and President of St. Barnabas, and Phil Safran recently held a walk through at the store for other employees and administrative staff.  We spoke with Phil Safran, who told us the opening is right on schedule and planned for the first week in December…

Safran says there probably will not be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony when the store opens on December 5th…but that may come early next year:

Safran says the new building is a little over 20-thousand square feet. The Grand Opening is planned for December 5th.
