Renovations are nearing completion on the new Tusca Shop ‘n Save Supermarket, located in the Tusca Plaza on Tuscawaras Road in Brighton Township. It’ll be owned by St. Barnabas and managed by the Safran family, owners of Shop ‘n Save stores in Harmony Township and Easter Rochester. Brittany Safran, Jarret Safran, William Day, CEO and President of St. Barnabas, and Phil Safran recently held a walk through at the store for other employees and administrative staff.
