Police say a Raccoon Township man is facing charges after allegedly shooting another man in the stomach during a drug deal gone wrong last week. It happened Friday night in the 200 block of School Road in Independence Township. Noah Brinkley was arrested Saturday for the shooting that reportedly started over a potential cocaine sale. The 21-year-old is in the Beaver County jail in lieu of 250-thousand-dollars bail.
