The big topic on the ‘Ask The Commissioners’ segment during Teleforum on Beaver County Radio this morning was (surprise!)….the county property reassessment. It was just one week ago today that two judges ruled a reassessment of Beaver County’s property values must be done by June 15th, 2020. Commissioner Tony Amadio was asked this morning if a decision had been made yet by the commissioners on whether or not to appeal the judge’s ruling…

But don’t make plans to sell your home just yet. At least that was the message from commissioners chairman Sandie Egley:

Both Amadio and Egley reiterated this morning that while they can’t say publicly what they plan to do about reassessment, they DO have a plan in place…

Egley urges county residents to be patient while this whole thing plays out…
