WASHINGTON (AP) — Even before the world got a glimpse at the redacted version of the special counsel’s report, President Donald Trump was trying once more to frame the moment as a political victory. The report does include an account of how the president attempted to seize control of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election and force out Robert Mueller. But Trump’s taking a public victory lap, saying he’s having “a good day.”
