(Altoona, PA) Yesterday morning, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes and Sheetz introduced fans at a Pittsburgh- area Sheetz to The Big Glizzy, which is an extra-large Nathan’s Famous premium hot dog. The menu item was officially unveiled at Sheetz’s “Glizzy Gala” later that day. The “Glizzy Gala” was an invitation-only event where loyal customers and content creators received an exclusive first taste of the new menu item. The Big Glizzy joins the Sheetz Made-to-Order (MTO®) lineup beginning today and it brings a viral cultural phenomenon to customers across the company’s seven-state footprint.
