Josh Kail was asked by show host Frank Sparks how he felt about releasing non-violent inmates from jail to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Kail said he doesn’t see the consistent logic behind doing this because we are being encouraged to stay home and there would be no better place to do just that than jail.
