An out of town restaurant group has plans to open a huge fried chicken food and beer hall in Downtown Pittsburgh. It’ll be called The Eagle. The Cincinnati-based restaurant has signed a lease to occupy 6,000 square feet of retail space Downtown at Eighth & Penn, the branding for the location under construction. The restaurant is on track to open in October or November.
