A northeast Ohio doctor is being accused of paying underage girls for sex. Albert Aiad-Toss was charged last week in federal court with sex trafficking and child pornography charges. Prosecutors say the Youngstown-area doctor paid girls between 12 and 14 to have sex and gave money to a 15-year-old girl to pose sexually in a cellphone video.
