PennDOT District 11 is announcing a northbound Route 65 lane restriction in Freedom Borough will occur today (Friday,  August 3). A single-lane restriction will occur on northbound Route 65 between the Freedom off and on-ramps from 2 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. today.  One lane of northbound traffic will be maintained. Crews  will conduct roadway repair work.
