State Police in Butler County report a car/pedestrian accident that took place Sunday in Slippery Rock. According to police a 17 year old female walked into the path of a car operated by 45 year old Robert Williams of Monaca. Police said the woman was struck in the head with the passenger side mirror. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. The driver was not charged.
