No charges filed after two-vehicle crash in Robinson Township; driver escapes scene after hitting the vehicle of a man from Ambridge

(Robinson Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported that no charges were filed after a two-vehicle crash occurred in Robinson Township yesterday.

Thirty-year-old Thomas Howard of Ambridge was driving on I-79 South at 6:22 a.m. and an unidentified driver hydroplaned on the road before hitting Howard’s vehicle.

According to police, Howard’s vehicle subsequently spun out and hit a guide rail on the right side of the road, and the driver that hit his vehicle escaped the scene. There were no reported injuries.
