Police in New Castle are looking for a man believed to be responsible for five robberies in the Tri-County area. Two of the robberies that occurred in New Castle were reported on Aug. 31 and Sept. 4. Police released surveillance videos Thursday. In New Castle, robberies were reported at a Sunoco and a Mini Mart. A gas station was robbed in Neshannock, a bank was robbed in Mercer and another robbery happened in New Wilmington. Anyone with information on the robberies or the identity of the man is asked to call the New Castle City Police Department’s Criminal Investigative Unit at 724-656-3588.
