(New Castle, Pa.) When police in New Castle went to the home Stephen Karenbauer in New Castle to arrest him for raping at least one child under the age of 12 yesterday he shot himself in the face with a shotgun.
Karnbauer survived the blast and there is no word on his condition as Police continue investigating to see if there are other victims.
