A woman killed in her Rochester Borough home Wednesday night was a mother of  two young boys. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Lisa Stover, who lived in the Riverview Terrace apartments in Rochester Borough. Stover was found shot inside her apartment and later died. The Beaver County coroner ruled the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head. No arrests have been announced, and police have not said if they have determined a motive for the shooting. The children are safe with friends and family. Rochester police say they had been involved with Stover in the past, but they had never arrested her.
