(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported yesterday that forty-one-year-old Richard Rosser of Monaca was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs in Aliquippa on August 26th.

Rosser was stopped by police along 252 Sheffield Avenue at 9:38 a.m. because he committed a vehicle violation.

Rosser was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
