(Potter Twp., Pa) Beaver County Coroner David j. Gabauer on  Wednesday morning released the identity of the man who fell off of a barge and drowned near the  Montgomery Locks and Dam on Monday evening. Gabauer said that 42-year-old Kevin Childers of Midland  died in the accident. The exact cause of Childers death under investigation.
