THE 94-MILE PIPELINE WILL FEED ETHANE INTO SHELL’S SIX-BILLION-DOLLAR CRACKER PLANT ON THE BANKS OF THE OHIO RIVER IN POTTER TOWNSHIP. THE INFORMAL PUBLIC MEETING WILL BE HELD AT UNCOMMON GROUNDS IN ALIQUIPPA FROM 6 TO 7:30. IT WILL INCLUDE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN THE PIPELINE INDUSTRY…BUT NOBODY FROM SHELL IS EXPECTED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE.
