Man Charged with Threatening to Shoot Two Women in New Brighton

Court officials say a Harmony Township man waived his preliminary hearing Friday on charges he threatened to shoot two women during a road-rage incident last month. It allegedly started near Tenth Avenue and Seventh Street in New Brighton with Natralia Matthews threatening to fight Kasey Mooney for something that happened on the road. Matthews left the scene only to return with Desmond Council, who reportedly had a handgun in his waistband when he threatened to slap the victims and said several times he would shoot them. Council has a trial date set for March 2nd in Beaver County Court.
