A Sharon man accused of trapping and drowning cats waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday. 86 year old Henry Yudt Jr. is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals in connection with reported incidents last month at his home. Yudt told police he was tired of stray cats running and urinating in his yard…so he decided to drown them. He was released on his own recognizance.
