Investigators say a man is in custody accused of raping an unconscious woman at a party in Beaver County over the weekend. Police say Ryan Baran of New Sewickley is charged with rape after the incident at a home along Deer Lane Extension Sunday. Officials say they found text messages on Baran’s phone allegedly admitting to the crime and he had also confessed to police when they talked to him.
