(Lawrence County, PA) A man is accused of exposing himself outside a daycare in Lawrence County. 

Vince L. Zorens, 42, of New Castle, is charged with open lewdness, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. 

According to a criminal complaint, police were called to a daycare in the 700 block of South Mill Road after reports of a man on the front porch banging on the door. The caller also reported that the man was exposing himself. 

Officers said Zorens was still at the scene when they arrived and told them he was waiting for a friend to pick him up. 

A daycare worker told police staff were putting children down for a nap when they heard a loud noise. When they looked outside, they reported seeing Zorens with his hands in his pants. Police said video evidence supports that account. 

Investigators said Zorens also knocked over a mailbox outside the building and noted the location was clearly marked as a daycare.
