A man accused of dumping the body of a drug overdose victim in Chippewa Township is now dead himself. Beaver County Jail officials say Frederick Cepris took his own life early September 5th inside his cell. The 39-year-old was charged after allegedly moving the body of 29-year-old Ryan Chiappetta into the man’s vehicle following an overdose in Chippewa.
