A woman was taken to a hospital last week after being stabbed in the face by another woman during a fight over shrimp, police said. It happened Jan. 15 at a home on Cedar Avenue on Pittsburgh’s North Side when the women got into an argument over a bag of shrimp. One woman hit the other with a stick. The second woman then grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed the first woman in the face, police said. Police haven’t released the condition of the stabbing victim. No word yet if either woman is facing charges.
