(Beaver Falls, Pa) Multiple violations were filed Tuesday by the Allegheny County Health Department in regards to the McDonald’s location along 7th Avenue in Beaver Falls.

Two violations were for the temperature of refrigerators. Raw meat was said to be stored at temperatures as high as 50 degrees along with milk at 46.8 degrees. Both are supposed to be stored at a maximum of 41 degrees.

Another violation stated was an employee handing raw meat with gloves before reaching into a bag of onions while still wearing the same gloves.

Additional violations in the report included employees picking up items from the floor without washing their hands and no soap available in the men’s restroom.

The report states all contaminated food was discarded by staff at the time of inspection and the malfunctioning coolers are to be out of service until repaired.
