(Hopewell Twp., Pa.) The Hopewell School Board held a work session on Monday night, October 11, 2021. During the session they Stephany Richards, director of transportation made a presentation and reported that the new buses are expected to arrive in mid-November. Richards said that the district is in need bus drivers and CDL training is available for anyone interested. The salary for drivers, once licensed , is $21.65 an hour.
In other business the board hired a paraprofessional, a sixth grade teacher, and a physical education teacher for the junior high school. The new teachers started their positions today, October 13, 2021.
