(Raccoon Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported yesterday that a forty-five-year-old man from Hookstown was charged for driving under the influence after a two-vehicle crash occurred in Raccoon Township on September 18th.
This crash happened at 5:56 p.m.
Sixty-nine-year-old John Depaolis of Shippingport was driving his vehicle entered Frankfort Road from the Dollar General at 928 State Route 18 and did not yield to the vehicle driven by the man from Hookstown.
That man from Hookstown was found to be impaired during the investigation into this incident.
According to police, his blood alcohol content was between 0.10% and 0.16%.
