(Pittsburgh, PA) Allegheny Health Network (AHN) recently announced a $1 million commitment from Greg and Ellen Jordan to the network’s Department of Neurology, which supports education, expanded care and memory disorder research.

The Greg and Ellen Jordan Endowed Professorship for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD), will expand the efforts of AHN to advance innovative clinical care, neuroscience research, and support programming for patients that are living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of cognitive impairment and dementia.

Greg Jordan is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Highmark Health, which is a position he has held since 2025.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of MSA Safety and is the vice chairman of PNC.

He previously served as PNC’s general counsel and chief administrative officer, and he retired from those roles in 2024.
