(Rochester, PA) Two local fire departments responded to Rochester yesterday shortly after 6 a.m. because of a reported garage on fire.

According to a Facebook post from the City of Beaver Falls Fire Department yesterday, the Rochester Fire Department arrived at the scene and found a large volume from a detached 2-stall garage threatening an occupied dwelling.

The exposure to the fire sustained heat damage.

However, the fire did not get into this exposure.

Firefighters worked at the scene for an hour and a half before being released.
