WASHINGTON (AP) — A former top White House adviser on Russia told House impeachment investigators on Monday that there were concerns at high levels of President Donald Trump’s administration about Rudy Giuliani’s activities in Ukraine, testifying behind closed doors that former National Security Adviser John Bolton described Giuliani as “a hand grenade who is going to blow everybody up.”
