First Energy holding second power outage in Chippewa to work on power lines and transition to new Chippewa substation on Wallace Run Road

(Chippewa Township, PA) First Energy will be shutting power down in Chippewa for their 2nd planned outage. The outage starts tomorrow at 11:30 p.m. and lasts through this Sunday at approximately 7:30 a.m. This is for work to occur on the power lines and transition to the new Chippewa substation located on Wallace Run Road. If it rains during the planned time for the outage, the new dates of it will be July 11th and July 12th. If you have questions about this outage, please call First Energy at 1-800-720-3600.
