(Pittsburgh, PA) United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced yesterday that a resident of Farmington was sentenced in federal court to 70 months in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release on his convictions of distribution of a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct and possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.
Forty-one-year-old Nathan Fike received this sentence yesterday.
According to the information presented to the Court, on or about October 4th, 2023, Fike distributed a video depicting a prepubescent minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct to an undercover agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force in Jacksonville, Florida.
The FBI also executed a federal search warrant on the defendant’s residence on February 9th, 2024, and discovered that he was in possession of approximately 156 images and 63 videos that depicted the sexual exploitation of minors, some of whom were prepubescent or minors who had not attained 12 years of age.
